Gainesville has always been “home” to Megan. She was raised in the northwest part of the county. She attended local schools where she participated in competitive soccer, tennis and swimming. She spent many summer vacations in the Rocky Mountains. Her love of the west, took her to the University of Utah where she received a BA degree in Hospitality Management in 2009. She then joined a Venture Capitalist firm based in Park City. She gained invaluable experience in the world of international Finance.
Megan’s love of North Florida prompted her move back to Gainesville in 2015. She immediately dove headlong into residential real estate sales. She has been a top producer year after year in the Alachua County marketplace. Megan loves working with buyers and sellers. She is outstanding in her analysis of properties and the needed steps to maximize a home’s value. When working with buyers, she has developed innumerable long-term client relationships with repeat customers. She has proven to be a tremendous listener and tunes in to her clients needs and desires. Megan strives to exceed her clients expectations at every step in a transaction.
