We recently purchased a new home through Campus to Coast. Working with Amy has been nothing short of amazing. We started our search just before the holidays and Amy continued to show up for us at every turn. She setup every tour, coordinated our stops and went to bat for us time after time. We loved working with Amy and so long as Amy is around, we'll never use anyone else.

Alaina Cash is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Obviously loves her job and is so communicative which is such a relief during the stress and anxiety of trying to find an apartment. She sent me a map to navigate to the apartment since the complex is a bit confusing, was there waiting for me when I showed up, called me when I was a couple minutes late to see if I needed help finding it. She’s incredibly cheerful and tells you all about the unit, the costs, the complex, any information you could need. Amazing to work with every step of the way.FYI: The background check website they use (for my apartment at least) is Tenant Background Search. I’ve never used that site before and when I looked it up I couldn’t find much information about it in terms of user reviews. The email you receive will be unencrypted (which is why I was nervous). I’ve attached a photo of what the email from the site will look like once she sends the request. While filling out the application it will request that you link your bank account, which is done through Plaid (a well-known site trusted by my bank). Just wanted to include this info for anyone to give peace of mind incase that throws you off 🙂
