I am so glad we chose Campus to Coast Realty! We are new to buying in this area of Florida, so we took a chance on the most promising realtor I could find online. As soon as I spoke with Jennifer and Jan, I knew we had made the right decision. They really took the time to get to know us and to understand our needs and wants for our new home. Jan is the best agent with whom I have ever worked. She was so patient during all of our showings, and she was extremely thorough and dedicated. As soon as we would identify a prospective property, she was immediately gathering as much information on it as possible from other agents, the owners, etc. to assist us in making an informed decision. When we identified land we liked, she set up a meeting with a builder and helped us determine what size home we should build based on local comps. She went above and beyond what we could have ever asked her to do. Jan loves what she does, and it shows! If you are looking for an agency and are considering Campus to Coast Realty, look no further. They are an awesome company, and Jan is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Alex was amazing! We had a couple other realtors in the area that reached out to us, but only once. Alex was very persistent which is why we choose him, or shall I say he choose us lol. Alex took the time to listen to what we wanted and even if nothing matched within that following week he still checked in with us. We just closed on our forever home yesterday and I know we have built a relationship with Alex as our realtor and friend that we will continue to have contact with in the future.
