Vaughn Littrup is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in building construction, Community Association Management, and real estate sales. Licensed as a Florida building contractor for over 45 years and as a Community Association Manager and real estate salesperson for more than 35 years, he brings decades of experience to the industry.

For 41 years, Vaughn managed a high-rise condominium in Gainesville, overseeing property operations while coordinating the purchase, renovation, and sale of numerous condominiums. Throughout his career, he has worked with and assisted hundreds of homeowners in buying, maintaining, and selling their properties with confidence and ease.
